- Do not forget to brush twice a day and additionally after each meal;
- Tooth brushing should be thorough and take at least 4 minutes;
- To remove bacteria from the mouth, use a rinse or soda solution (in 200 ml of warm water add 1 teaspoon of salt and soda, 2 drops of pharmacy iodine);
- Where teeth fit tightly, floss to clean the gaps;
- Visit a specialist in time, do not delay with treatment in case of pain or other symptoms;
- Periodically perform a professional cleaning.
